You should only be able to see the string, it should be comfy (although even if it's in right it can feel weird the first few times), and if you put the first bit of finger in your vgina, you shouldn't be able to feel the actual tampon.
Tampons should be inserted a few inches into the vagina, with none of the tampon showing outside the body - if using tampons with strings, that's all that should be outside of your body. If it hurts as you sit or move about then it's not high enough so muscles of the narrowest part of your vagina is pressing against the tampon, so just push it higher and know to insert higher next time. As long as it can't be felt and it's absorbing menstrual flow the tampon is in correctly.
You know that you have a tampon in because you physically inserted that tampon! If you think that you've forgotten about a tampon being inserted then you insert your fingers vaginally to check if there is still a tampon there. If you've left a tampon for too long then use pads for the rest of your cycles and watch for symptoms of vaginal infections like bad-smelling excessive discharge.
If you put one in, if you forgot you can just look and see if their is a string hanging from your vagina.
The tampon goes into the vagina - where the blood comes from. However if you don'tknow enough about your anatomy to know where tampons are inserted it's a bad idea to use tampons. You need to know enough about your anatomy to understand how tampons effect vaginal health so you know how to use tampons correctly to reduce risks, also so you know enough to make an informed choice about whether to use tampons or other safer options.
Tampons are inserted into the vagina during menstruation, using lowest absorbency. If you want to use tampons then you will find instructions on the packet on how to use tampons correctly. You can also look online for videos that will show you how to insert whatever type of tampon you want to use.
Lindsey Campbell. I don't know if I spelled her name correctly but she is also a host for a podcast called MobLogic.
Man tampons i do not know what they use them 4
Because mom's worry about their daughters health.Tampons pose multiple health risks; Toxic Shock Syndrome, vaginal infections, increased cramps, increased bleeding, vaginal damage, and long-term risks from dioxin. Most women who know these risks educate their daughters so it's rare their daughters use tampons rather than pads or cups, but most mothers know enough about tampon risks to know that younger women are at higher risk and they worry about whether their daughters are mature and responsible enough to use tampons correctly in order to reduce their risks. Some women were also raised in a culture where tampons were frowned upon or still believe in myths such as the idea that tampons take a girls virginity, also remember that many moms were around at the time of the 70's/80's TSS outbreak and the 90's dioxin scandal so know that tampons can kill.
Tampons wouldn't affect a baby during pregnancy, but there is absolutely no reason why a woman should be using tampons while she is pregnant - tampons should only be used during menstruation, even if experiencing bleeding during pregnancy it is not safe to use tampons as you don't know the blood loss to know what absorbency to use. Misusing tampons this way can increase risk of vaginal infections and toxic shock syndrome - the latter would potentially cause serious harm to the baby.
The tampon goes into the vagina, which is where the blood is coming from. If you don't know basic genital anatomy then you should not be using tampons as there is no way you know how to use tampons correctly or understand the risks involved in tampon use. Use pads for now and spend some time learning the basics of your anatomy before considering tampon use.
you can start using tampons at any age just as long as you know how to put one in by yourself and make sure you mother or father know when you are using one and when you have had you period
There's absolutely no reason to hide tampons from your mom, just let her see the tampons.Tampons are not something to be ashamed of so not something to hide from anyone. If she said you couldn't use tampons then simply don't use tampons, hiding the fact you're using tampons from her won't work as she'll realise you're using fewer pads and see used tampons in the bin. Also your mom needs to know you're using tampons as if you contract TSS she needs to know early to get you help.
How do you be an awkward tampon - this question makes no sense, this question is not in English. Tampons are not awkward, they are easy to use and if you feel otherwise then there is no reason for you to use them. If you don't know how to use them then there are instructions in the box.
Actually pads are a lot more hygienic than tampons - tampons prevent vaginal cleaning while allowing bacterial growth, thus why tampons commonly cause vaginal infections and are linked to TSS, also why tampons have to be alternated with pads to allow your vagina a chance to clean itself.Tampons shouldn't hurt as long as you're using them correctly - use correct absorbency for your flow and relax during insertion, remember too that they can't be used with light flow. It would be much better to use menstrual cups or softcups as they are more hygienic than tampons and no need for pads.
Why is it important to know how to rock a card correctly
