You will know if you are allergic to something in the tea after you drink it (rash development, throat feeling like it is closing, watery eyes, swollen areas on the skin). If you are at all worried about being allergic to something or feel you are suffering an allergic reaction contact your doctor immediately. They can run a variety of test that will be able to tell you what exactly you are allergic to.
