How do you know if you are in a safe chat server in club penguin?

Well the non-typing servers or the servers with the chat bubble by the name of the server. Such as, the server, bubblegum. It has a small chat bubble beside it. And if you want to go a chat server where you CAN type, just select a server with no chat bubble. But if you ever enter a server with no chat bubble and you still can not type, you have selected standred chat when you first created you penguin. With standred chat you can NOT type. You have to create a parents account, to change it to unlimited chat. But I highly recomend that you pick (or keep) standred chat. I have gone to typing servers and many people talk about bad things and say bad words even though the Club Penguin says nothing will go wrong.
