The manufacture sticker on the door may list if it is Limited Slip. Another method is to jack both drive wheels off the ground with the car in Park or 1st gear if manual. Turn one tire slowly. If it is LS it will be difficult to turn and you can feel the gears turning. Put the car in neutral and turn the tire again and you will notice it turns much easier and the opposite wheel will turn in the same direction. If it turns in the opposite direction you do not have a LS differential.
Jack the rear of the vehicle up, put in neutral and turn the wheel. If the other wheel turns in the same direction it is a posi-traction or limited slip, if the opposite wheel turns in the opposite direction it is not a posi. These rear ends give many problems though. I doubt friction modifier will solve your problem unless it makes a slight popping noise in very slow turns like in a parking lot.
If it's a limited slip differential then the differential needs an additive. I'm sorry I don't know what it's called, but it's very awful smelling stuff! Any auto parts store should know what you are talking about.
i don't know how but i catch omanyte in the safari zone on yellow verson
Can a 2004 Power Tech High Out Put Engine Fit in a 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited 4.7L v8
Im still taking Integral Calculus now, but for me, if you dont know Differential Calculus you will not know Integral Calculus, because Integral Calculus need Differential. So, as an answer to that question, ITS FAIR
If you open the drivers door and look for an information sticker , under " axle " there will be an axle code . If it is a letter and number , such as H7 , it has the Ford Traction - Lok limited slip axle , if it is 2 numbers , such as 19 , it has a conventional axle ( non limited slip ) With traction control I don't believe a limited slip axle is used .
Go to the safari zone...but i dont know which area in the safari zone
Can safari be used on a nokia n97 anywhere? i dont know at all
u will have to open the pumpkin mark a tooth on the ring in count them or that plate that is bolted on can tell u if u know what to look for
If you can raise both rear wheels, then turn one by hand, watch the other one. If it turn in the same direction it's a LSD, otherwise it'll go the opposite way.
The flashing light is letting you know your differential is locked in for more traction
from codi@humanoid.netdouble ended differential gain, also know as differential gain:Ad = (Vo2 - Vo1) / Vid = gm*Rd
