(I dont have any picture too show you how a horse looks when it foundered)
But last Year one of my horses foundered from being over weight & you know when your horse has foundered when the time come if it comes of course. But if your horse founders, when it trys to walk it will cross the front legs over each other, and it will have a hard time walking it will have its body standing in a awkward way. & will be moving his weight around trying to stay off the legs so the pain will go away. It could also sit down and be breathing heavey, groning. And when you ask it too stand up it ,might not stand up and it will stay down for hours at a time ( These where the signs of my horse foundering ) but every horse could go though a different way. & you should call a vet straight away.

there can be losts Causes the horse not getting its hoofs picked out for a will or hoofs in dam areas all the time toThey founder because they do not have their hooves trimmed or taken care of properly.This is wrong!Horses founder because they are either on too much feed, or it's simply just how the horse is. Horses that have previously foundered are more likely to founder.You can remedy this by putting Epsom Salts in their feed and water or by cutting off their food supply completely. Do this by putting them in a dirt floor stock yard or any other yard the horse cannot have access to food. I know what you're thinking! This is not cruel! It benefits the horse more than harms it. Do remember to provide fresh water with Epsom Salts. Occasionally, like every 2nd or 3rd day, you can give the animal 1 biscuit of plain hay. Don't feel sorry for the horse. If you continue to feed your foundered horse, the end result will be a can of Pal. Sorry, but that's the way it is. And remember to keep trimming the feet to keep them in good order.

If you want to tell old a horse is, find a book about horses that gives you pictures of the different stages of their teeth. Match the horse's teeth up to what the picture says and you will know approximately how old that horse is.

It depends upon the quality of their training.It's not just the training aspect of whether a horse is willing to please you or not, it's more the relationship that is developed between you and that horse. If there is a bond of trust, leadership (you being the leader), respect and even love, then that horse will indeed be more than willing to please you. If, however, you do not have a 110% trust level, little to no respect, and the question of who's leader is being fought over by you and your horse, you can bet that your horse will do anything but be willing to please you.
