Ask him. Ask his family, parents, siblings.
Tell him that you would like to visit his country with him as soon as he gets his green card ( usually it is 7 months of marriage. If he refuses to let you come with him to meet his family, you know something is up.

∙ 17y agoif you search on line check under county records for the specif town. some states don't offer that type of public record * There really isn't a simple way to learn such information without perhaps obtaining the assistance of a private investigator which can be expensive or asking his or her aquaintances or family which might cause other problems.

If you do find records showing that he married another woman, then just make a copy of it, which will be your proof. But you will then need to find out if he ever divorced the other woman before marrying you, unless you know he married you first. And if he did marry a second wife without divorcing the first wife, then the second wife is not legally married to him and has no spousal rights.
