Normally if they act differently(strangely) that's a sign.Or If you get a chance, try to see if they have dilated pupils.
YES of course you can whether your a parent or childcare worker.
nothing
Many parents know, but aren't doing anything about it. The amount of parents that know and are doing something about it is probably around 25%.
Just don't let the child be around the grandmother. You are the parent of this child and its your responsibility to make sure the child is safe and taken care of.
honestly you will never know for sure unless there is a drug test. If you find that he is doing drugs you need to ask yourself if you can be with him. If you continue the relationship you cant keep pestering him by asking if he does drugs.
Why do you wanna know? You shouldn't be doing drugs!
A good parent is responsible for knowing what their child is doing, and who they are doing it with. Knowing the child's friends is a key way for parents to pay attention to what the child is doing when the parent is not directly supervising them.
who ever made it was on drugs and did not know what the f**k he was doing.
When you notice their grades are dropping and their doing drugs and such
so that know that they are not doing drugs
Oh, I don't know, it may have KILLED HIM!
Dear God, I hope not. If a foster family celebrates a special occasion like their anniversary, and they DO NOT get drunk, I would think that's ok. I would even think it's ok to have a glass of wine w/dinner, but it is not ok for a foster parent to get drunk. If there is drug use, and it's not something that's given due to a medical condition, then a foster parent should never do drugs. The foster parent(s) have a duty to set a good example, and to certainly do it while being sober. If you are in a situation with foster parent(s) doing drugs and drinking, you should let your case worker know. If you are asking this question because you want to become a foster parent, please keep in mind that these children are probably coming to you out of a bad situation. For the sake of the children, don't even try to foster a child if you are drinking and/or doing drugs. It is a privilege to have a child in your home, and that child deserves all the love and support he/she can get.
