If you are talking about getting free apps even if they cost, they are legal. Apple announced it was legal but shouldn't be done because it can brick your device. AKA kill your device so that you can't use it or power it up. So in my opinion, I'd say you shouldn't do that because it is unstable.
There are free apps, and as long as you get the apps that are supposed to be free for free, then it is legal. If you get the apps you are supposed to pay for free by jailbreaking the iPod Touch, it is illegal.
not likely
Yes, as long as you are getting them from the Google Market. Downloading paid apps from other websites is not legal.
If the apps are free in the App Store, then it's legal. But if you have to pay for them in the App Store, and you try to download them free from somewhere else, then it's strongly illegal.
You can visit the Google app store to know that. Google apps that are free do not charge money for them.
you can get them for free from "apt.emmersonic.com"
The only place i know to get apps for the ipod is iTunes and that cost's money
jailbreaking the ipod touch is legal. But if you use the tool that gives you all apps free it is illegal.
A jailbroken ipod is legal, and getting jailbroken aps is legal too. But, getting cracked apps (apps which you usually pay for, but you can download for free) is illegal. Eventhough jailbreaking is legal, if you take a jailbroen ipod to an apple store, they won't like it
