It isn't the breed specifically; you need a horse that is the right size for you, and you need a horse that's the right temperament If you are a beginner rider, you need a bombproof horse temperament 0-1). Intermediate should be about a 2-4 temperament. And so on. It also depends what you are using the horse for.
it really depends on the type of horse, so if you really want to know, i suggest you learn the breed of the horse and look the breed up. most regular sized horses get to be around 14.2 hands. Hands is what a horse is mesured with, i suggest you look that up too.
Ask yourself which horse look calm and well trained.
The breed of the horse seems to be unknown. After searching many websites I have not been able to find an exact breed. However if you look at the way the horse is built, it is most likely a Quarter Horse.
Mini's are the smallest breed of horse and they are very cute. They almost look like a toy.
To know what the personality is likely to be like in a paint horse, you need to first look at the horses breeding. Paint horses are this way due to colour genetics playing a part. This is nothing to do with the breed of the horse. Any breed of horse can be a paint if bred with the right colour genetics. Personality is more based on horse breed, for example Quarter Horses are known for their laid bay personalities where Thoroughbreds can be more highly strung...but either can be a paint horse in colour. Typically Quarter Horses and some pony breeds are found with paint colouring.

It will have wings. To find out exactly what it would look like, look for a horse in the auctions or private sales of the same breed and color as your horse with medusa's blood.

No they can't. If you want to find out what the breed of your horse is then you should look in the pasport (which is illegal not to have) and there is a page on the horses breeding.
Look in the library for the max UTs of the breed. The UTs are untrainables if you didn't know and they are the intelligence and personality. Add your horses uts together, right them down, then divide the answer by the sum of the breed's max UTs and then you multiply by 100 and round to the nearest tenths.
