Usually the GLE and SE have emblems. My GXE didn't have anything but Maxima on the the trunk. Now, if you have leather and a 6 CD changer and radio controls on the steering wheel, you may not have a GXE, just a missing logo. Hi all. I hope I'm doing this right, as I'm new here. I have velour interior, leather shift boot, an emblem and the word maxima on the back. nothing inside the door or the engine identify it as an SE, but it handles very smooth, more so than my 92 SE did. No sun roof. no mud flaps. no heated side mirrors. sorry to be a pain wih this...
