When you first start, Your flow and time in

between periods will not be stable, it will take awhile for you to

know what your cycle is. When everything is

straightened out, Go here for the most accurate reading on when

your period will start:

http://www.beinggirl.com/en_US/periodplanner.jsp You can go

to the main part of the site there also, It has alot of information

on your period, being prepared and if you have any problems not

listed there, You can ask iris, A expert. I had to do all of this

before I figured everything out!

DEFINITIONS: Flow: How much blood you are loosing in your

period. There's light, medium and hard flows.

Cycle: The amount of days in between your periods.
