there are lots of special shampoos and conditioners that are especially designed to strengthen hair. Experiment with them until you find one that does the job for you. Also, I would suggest taking multi-vitamins that have stuff like vitamins C,D,A and E in because not only will these help with your over-all health, they are also good for strong, healthy hair
