well start trying to talk to him. like get his number and after a couple days of texting him you can say "hey, i kinda like you" even if you REALLY like him still say "kinda" because you dont want to go overboard because most guys dont like obsessive girls and if you for some reason cant text him(you dont have a phone, he doesnt have a phone, ect.) then try to talk to him and just tell him to his face "hey i kinda like you" or if he doesnt talk to you have your best friend go tell him
