In order to do this, you have to have purchased a virtual bear from Build-A-Bear Workshop or have a Jr. Cybearguide Bear. If you do, go into your inventory and click on a button that looks like an arrow coming out a backpack and your furry friend that you have equipped will be able to follow you around in-game.

The only way to get a code for a bear is to buy a bear from your local build a bear workshop and get the code from the bottom of the birth certificate and enter it into build a bear ville and you get the bear that you bought.
