Lift For Life Academy was created in 1998.
The motto of Lift For Life Academy is 'Were Learning Comes Alive'.
Without adequate thrust to provide forward motion and lift, an airplane will descend. Thus, the method of the descent is simply to slow down the engine. With the engine idling, the plane's only alternative is continued descent to the earth. Once near the earth, the pilot lowers the landing gear. Then he/she flairs the plane, bringing up its nose, raising the coefficient of lift and enabling the plane to continue its descent at a slower rate. With the help of ground effect (the air forced between the bottom of the wing and the surface of the earth) the descent is further slowed until the main landing gears contact the landing surface... optimally, a runway; or if a water landing, an unobstructed stretch of water of adequate depth.

During landing, the purpose is to slow down the aircraft's ground speed as slow as you can without it stalling. You want to maintain Lift, not necessarily get more lift. At higher speeds, the aircraft has plenty of Lift. However during landing, the speed is slower and the angle of attack is increased to provide more Lift at lower speeds.
The lift and pull reverse gear is found in cars like the Chevrolet Optra. To shift on to reverse, lift the ring below the gear knob and shift on to 1st gear like you would always do, but with the ring being held.
Gravity is one of many forces that act upon an aircraft at ALL times. So naturally, gravity is what pulls the aircraft down when the pilot reduces the Thrust of the engines and the Lift of the wings.
It takes off by... 1)The pilot adding full flaps 2)The pilot adding full power 3)The pilot pulling bake on the stick and increasing lift.
You need to lift the collar on the gear stick to engage reverse gear
The wings give the aircraft 'lift' especially when it is at a slower speed such as landing
Pull the collective up.
They give extra lift on take-off and landing.
