If it simply does not read the disk then your disk drive is bad (unlikely) or the disk itself is too damaged to be read (more likely) which means you have to replace the disk. If it does not load on its own you may laso have to go into My Computer, or Computer depending on the version of windows you are using and click on the disc drive icon.
