There are various types of trailers, each with its own loading procedure and considerations (e.g., most van trailers have sliding tandems, whereas most open deck trailers do not). The question as is tends to be a bit too vague to reasonably be answered here - covering every type of trailer and the correct loading procedures in different instances would be a substantial amount of information to write a book on.

Tractor Trailer cost in India varies around 90,000 INR to 2,10,000 INR. it depends on load capacity, number of tires and type of build.
The common causes of tractor trailer accidents are drowsiness, speeding, and road rage (reckless driving). These are the common causes of all car accidents. However, when driving a tractor trailer, you should also consider the weight of the load you are carrying and how it is balanced on the trailer. Excess weight can cause tires to blow out, and can make stopping and starting difficult. If the load is improperly balanced, the trailer can tip over as well.
header board is a the board on the front of the trailer, or the board that is on the tractor behind the cab/sleeper. this is made of metal and is to prevent the load on trailer coming thru the cab in the event an accident or other emergency

Your tractor drive tandems could weigh in at 34,000 lbs, but you could only have 20,000 lbs. on the single axle of the trailer.
The tractor weighs 20,000 pounds, the trailer weighs whatever it weighs, and the maximum weight of a loaded tractor trailer with one trailer is 80,000 pounds.

Straps! God you need lots of straps up under the bonk! Also load locks works when there is no were to put straps on a trailer. ------ And again, another inaccurate answer, given by an imposter claiming to be in the industry when he is not. Securing loads on a tractor-trailer depends first on what type of trailer you have. For van trailers, if loads require securement, this can be done with load locks and with straps which go wall-to-wall on the trailer, and lock into brackets located on the trailer wall. For flatbeds, stepdecks, curtainside trailers, lowboy trailers and other equipment trailers, the driver will secure the load using straps, chains, or a combination of both, depending on the load, and the type of trailer in use.
I would have to say no. I have a tractor that is insured the only thing that is insured is just that the tractor (fire theft etc). Although You can get your trailer insured just as you can an ATV horse trailer car truck if you had a policy for it. your tractor insurance will not help with the trailer.
