Lift the hood, and against the firewall, passenger side you will see the fan blower housing with the back of the motor visible. Remove the wire to the motor, and unscrew the small bolts around the circumference of the motor housing. Once bolts are removed, pull from the back of the motor. The fan will be attached to the motor after pulling the motor out, and you will have to remove the fan and attach it to your new motor. If you do not have air conditioning, the motor may be stuffed right behind the fender well. Then it depends on how much you value your car. If you want to do it with out cutting up the fender, you will have to remove the hood and fender to get access to it. some people will just cut the inner fender after removing the wheel and cut a hole for access and then put a plate back over it. I hope this will help you out and that I didn't sound belittling or not have enough info.
There's a big, black plastic cover over the blower motor under the hood under the firewall. It's just behind the alternator.

The heater CORE is a big job. Get a manual on your car to do the job correctly.
Probably a worn-out or clogged heater core.
Not 100% sure, but try starting the fan, open the hood and listen for it.
