The low side service port is located on the suction side hose going to the a/c accumulator on the passengers side right next to the strut tower......
On my 1990 Buick Lesabre it is on the underside of the dash in the middle of the car. Go to you ash tray and look under the dash. There will be a rectangular hole through the plastic and the plug will be in there.

I believe what you are asking is where do you charge an ac system with 134. I have a 90 buick lesabre limited and the charge port is located on the accumulator. It is a big silver canister that the refrigerant lines go to. You should see a charging port on the right of it if you are looking at it from the front of the car. I dont know what year your car is so hope this helps you.

Open your hood and go to front next to wipers, on each side you will see a plastic wing , turn and lift off cover, it will be on drivers side.
