well you simply go to ourworld.com type in your email and password and if you have a new one and its log in immedtly unclick that and do what i said. and that should get you there if you forgot your password or email theres some words in the screen that say forgot your password? or forgot your emai? if you forgot both maybe you told a friend it so your friend well be able to get on your account and ask that person if they remember if they dont mail a letter to ourworld look up what is ourworld mailing adress they sjould have it GOOD LUCK@!
