To be skinny, you must not eat as much as a you can. Most people tend to over-indulge during meals. This is unhealthy for you and it causes you to gain weight. Do not eat more than your share at meals and you should weigh less.
Aiming to appear skinny can be quite tiring in the long run however can benefit you in the way you'd want it to.
I've found it quite helpful to go on a one-meal-a-day type of diet, and as a result of this I don't find the urge to binge-eat and when I do want to eat, I don't eat mass amounts of food compared to if I were to follow a 3 meal a day diet. Drinking plenty of fluids and fruit can help to assist you with this. I recommend porridge or oats which are rich in fibre.
Exercise is also very important. For one, it helps build discipline, and drives your focus. You could start with a short 30 minute workout a day, or even start out at 15 minutes. The most important thing is making a start, beginning with baby steps and improving from there. Once you start, then it becomes a little easier to become consistent with workouts and push yourself.

Looking "skinny" can mean different things to different people, but if you're referring to wanting to appear slimmer or more lean, here are some general tips:
Healthy Diet: Focus on consuming a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid or limit foods high in added sugars, saturated fats, and processed ingredients.
Portion Control: Pay attention to your portion sizes and practice mindful eating. Eat slowly and listen to your body's hunger and fullness cues. Avoid overeating and be mindful of calorie intake.
Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity to burn calories and improve overall fitness. Incorporate a combination of cardiovascular exercises (such as brisk walking, jogging, or cycling) and strength training exercises (using weights or resistance bands) to build muscle and boost metabolism.
Strength Training: Adding strength training exercises to your routine helps build muscle, which can increase your metabolism and give your body a more toned appearance. Focus on exercises that target major muscle groups, such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help maintain proper hydration and support overall health. Water can also help you feel fuller and reduce excessive snacking.
Avoid Crash Diets: Rapid weight loss diets or extreme calorie restrictions are generally not sustainable and can be harmful to your health. Instead, focus on long-term lifestyle changes that promote overall health and well-being.
Posture and Body Language: Stand tall and practice good posture. Good posture can make you appear taller and more confident, which can contribute to a slimmer appearance. Pay attention to your body language and try to exude self-assurance.
Remember, it's important to focus on overall health and well-being rather than just trying to achieve a particular body size or appearance. Everyone's body is unique, so it's essential to embrace and celebrate your individuality. Consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian for personalized advice and guidance based on your specific needs and goals.

I would suggest focusing on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which includes a balanced diet and regular exercise. You can consult a registered dietitian or a personal trainer to help you develop a healthy eating and exercise plan that is tailored to your needs and goals.Remember that every body is unique, and there is no "one size fits all" solution when it comes to health and wellness. It is important to be kind to yourself and focus on feeling strong and healthy, rather than striving for a certain body shape or size.I'd recommended 𝘩𝘵𝘵𝘱𝘴://𝘸𝘸𝘸.𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘦24.𝘤𝘰𝘮/𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘳/399851/𝘠𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘢/

It's important not to generalize or stereotype individuals based on their appearance or style. Emo girls, like individuals of any group, come in all shapes and sizes. It's best to focus on respecting and accepting people for who they are, rather than making assumptions based on their appearance.
It means that they think you are pretty and skinny, or your friend was not telling the truth.
