This is possible, last year before I got pregnant I was 142 lbs and 2 months later I was 116.

Start a week by eating veggies fruit and eggs fish tuna etc, healthy only. Not because its a weekend ONLY HEALTHY.

Workout every day, 50 Situps at night, 10 push ups an hour. Go to the gym if you can 2-3 times a week. Remember it is possible and eat healthy.
