Belly fat is hard to lose. The first thing to do is to eat sensibly and try to lose weight - not a "crash" diet but something like Weight Watchers that teaches you how to eat in healthy ways instead of ways that make you fat.

You also need to start exercising - at least three days a week, enough to get your heart rate up so you start to burn off fat. There are plenty of good ways to exercise, but just walking will get a good start on losing that belly!

If you have any medical conditions like Diabetes or high blood pressure, always check with your doctor before starting a diet and exercise program - they can also suggest the best diets and exercise for you to do!
