Arms: your arms are moving (in running position), so then the fat in the arms are burning. Belly: your belly is jiggling up and down, and it will eventually start sweating, so it's burning the belly fat. Legs (thighs and calves): your legs are in constant motion; and that means the fat is burning and replacing fat with muscles.
