People are always looking to lose weight quickly. This is not the best way to lose weight--going on crash diets. If/when you return to your "normal" eating habits, you will regain all the weight back, and possibly more.The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy, balanced diet, minimize junk food and increase your caloric output.
