The most you can lose safely is 3 pounds per week, and then only if you are exercising enough to get your heart rate up for 30 minutes to an hour.
There is no safe way to lose that much weight that fast. Half that would be really pushing it. Two pounds a week is a reasonable amount. And if you lose 10% of your weight, it will be very noticeable.
Not in any realistic or healthy way. 2-4 lbs/week is about the recommended loss rate to remain healthy.

The amount of weight you would lose would depend on many factors, such how how long / how instense you worked out, what types of exercsie you do, the calories you ate, how much you slept, and so on. In two weeks, you can lose up to 5 or 10 lbs. with good workouts, cutting out bad / fatty / unhealthy foods, and eating more healthily.

Weight loss is an extremely complex subject and you should remember that there are safe ways to lose weight and dangerous ways. I don't know you, or your medical history, or what sort of diet you are on so I could not recommend a weight loss programme. You should go to your doctor if you want one. However I would mention that in most weight-loss systems, the first few lbs come off very quickly and then it is a struggle. Speaking from my own experience, going with Weight Watchers, I lost the first 10 lbs in about two weeks. The next 10 lbs took about four weeks, and the next about two months. So I don't think you could lose 20 lbs that quickly, safely.
