if you really want to lose 20 pounds in 4 days then you would have to drink a lot of tea without sugar and water. it is really good if you eat less then what you eat. you can start by only eating fruits for breakfast and vegetables for lunch and no dinner. drink as much of water as you can so you can lose all those liquids in you and you need to exercise a lot run at least 1 hour a day hope this works

umm.... u can get a slim wrap. but it doesn't last long. if u want to lose 20 pounds or however many pounds u want to lose, and keep it off then it will take u a little bit longer. but i promise if you just eat right and exercise for about 30 mins every day u will see the weight slowly but surely shed off. i usually like to workout by doing things i enjoy and that dont make me focus on exercising but having a good time. i like to listin to music while on the tredmile. or i just start walking and moving my body. if your young take up a sport that u enjoy playing! .but if your only trying to lose weight temperaroly then do the slim wrap. hope this helps!
