20lbs over ten days is on the edge of a dangerous weight loss, and I wouldn't recommend it.

At that level, if you did so, you'd be looking at a drastic calorie reduction, with limited excercise. Among many other concerns, I'd worry about dehydration and elecrtolye imbalances along the way, as potentially harmful and possibly fatal results.

This is an extreme weight loss -- please discuss this one with a doctor before trying it.
