Healthy diet & exercise.ok first of all you will not lose 45 pounds fast it dose take time. ok this going to be you plan. for all of your meals you should eat cereal not a big fat bowl of cereal.. then exercise. exercise for 30 minets a day and do not cheat!!!!!!!!!!

You can figure out how many calories you should be eating to loss weight and then do 30-60 min of cardio a day. You should work out your major muscle groups because they burn the most calories (15-20 repetitions). Make sure you eat a lot of fiber (makes your body pass food easier/faster so it only absorbs the good nutrients). Also, eating 5 meals a day helps to bring up your metabolism so you will burn more calories. 45 pounds in 6 week is a bit unrealistic but if you work hard and really want it may be possible but defiantly not recommend. Losing weight is different for everyone its all about your genetics and how your body works.

Just drink a lot of water and eat fruits and veggies. Don't starve yourself! try to cut back on sugar and carbs! go running everyday even if its for half an hour!
