Wow, this answer is pretty obvious. You lose weight by working out daily, eating right, and NOT eating everything in sight. I lost 10 pound by doing 10 sit ups every night. Back when I was a kid my sister lost weight by doing 20 sit ups and 20 push ups each night. Also do not eat before you go to bed, then when you are sleeping there the calories turn into fat and you gain more weight. Those are some examples of how to lose weight fast.
