SQUATS!!!! Sorry but they can be painfull. Just remember, theres good pain and bad pain. Good pain is just soreness, bad pain is well I'm sure you no what bad pain can feel like. Lunges are also very good. Just remember STRETCH BEFORE and AFTER!!! This will help decrease tha possibilty of injury and help lessen the soreness. You don't need to add any wieghts to theses exercises either.
It doesn't. It tones your thighs, calves and butt and builds muscle and strength.
U can eat alot of fat foods then lose the weight and it goes to ur butt
But if you have a problem with your matabolism then you shold ask a mom, dad of a docter.
Targeted weight loss is pretty much impossible except through liposuction. It's all about diet and exercise, which will make you lose a little fat all over.
Cardio the best option, in cardio especially lungs and hamstring work well to lose weight in thighs.
You would gain muscle faster than you would lose weight.
lose some weight...
by exersizing them, or exersizing them more
I have the same exact problem. My thighs are too fat and I need to lose weight from them! I tried doing squats and lunges, and they seem to have improved.
Please forget the idea of spot reduction. To look better, you need to reduce your overall percentage of body fat.
You can't. Except for liposuction.
Yes, but if you run you will loose weight everywhere.
Sorry, but you cannot spot reduce. Nor should you lose weight fast. Begin a good fitness program that aims at weight loss, and you will start to see those thighs shrinking.
Lunges and squats will make your butt smaller. Dont expect to lose the weight in your butt instantly because the butt is usually the last part of your body to lose weight.
Because the butt never gets exercised.
Losing weight depends on the types of food you eat and the amount of exercise. Breads go to your thighs, so in order to lose weight there you must not eat as much wheat and run a lot.
workout and eat eat right
uhmmm....did you get implants?
If you run for about 15-30 min. a day, 3 days a week, it really works your thighs and you can't lose the ongoing battle of losing thigh weight.
Doing various types of squats, walking, and riding a bike
start exercising and lose some weight. good luck :))
No. It becomes smaller as well.
