You can't and trying would be futile and just strain your body. If you lead a sedentary lifestyle with a high caloric intake you can't just get up and go to the gym to exercise. You need to moderate your fatty intake. Actually once you stop constantly eating all kinds of junk food all the time you get to the point where you don't want it anymore because you feel so much healthier and better about yourself. Also if you're trying to work out and you're dumping all that unhealthy sh*t into your body you won't get the nutrients your body need for you to be able to work out and you will end up with massive headaches, dizziness, naseua, and possibly passing out.
