The mind is your intellect. Loving the Lord with your conscience and sub conscience mind is a willful choice that you have to make. It is to put the Lord and His ways into everything that you think. He becomes like the filter of your thoughts and each thought goes through the reality of His being. You begin to ask yourself questions like " Is this what the Lord wants?" or "is this pleasing to the Lord?" If I am going to love Him with all my mind, he has to be the center of my thoughts. I can not forget Him. My love for Him is certain because I am always thinking of Him.
Loving the Lord with all your mind involves focusing your thoughts, intellect, and understanding on God. This can be done through prayer, studying scripture, reflecting on God's attributes and character, and seeking to align your thoughts with His will. It also involves renewing your mind and submitting your thoughts to Him daily.

God orders us to get saved and then baptized afterwards. == If it must be whittled down to just two orders, I would suggest the two greatest commandments: First, to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbour as yourself First, to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbour as yourself
