Yes. You loosen the two bolts which hold the leveling valve in place. The bottom hole is oblong to allow adjustments to the ride height to me made. Rotate it counterclockwise, and you'll lower the ride height. Rotate it clockwise, and you'll raise it.
yes you can, you can get after market rear shocks that will lower it or spring shocks if you have them. you can also lower the ride height on some bikes if they have the adjustment. the seat can also have padding taken out if its a matter of short legs.
