1).First move to an area, for instance if you're outside move to a bench if there are some, or if your house if quiet, move to your room.

2).Start to focus on wolf's around you, in your mind, and/or with you, and don't stop thinking about them,think about them for"15-20Mnts" then clear your mind, and then focus on wolf's behavior, then focus on the wolf's physical appearance , then think about the individual body parts of the wolf's body so that you can understand everything about them Ears, Teeth, Eyes, Legs, And Face.

3).Then think of information of what destinations they live at, what food do they eat, are wolf's nice to humans once around them, quiz yourself on the information you know, and then once your done with quizzing yourself about them start to think all over about them, the physical aspects of wolf's, their behavior, there environmental inhabitants'(Which they live) .

4). "Relax & Calm yourself" Still make sure your eyes are closed"

5).Then at this very moment, Relax your arms legs, and head.

6). And then imagine your ears shifting as clearly as possible 75-100% clear"

7). "Not yet done" then, picture your ears done shifting then open your eyes slowly"

"You are now done with your P-Shift, "If you see an difference keep doing that that's a very good sign, that tells you the technique is working greatly and you need to keep doing that if you expect good results, this technique really requires as much Concentration as you can possibly get"
