iMac computers do not support Blue-Ray out-of-the-box. You could try using an external USB Blu-ray drive. No guaranteed the results will be satisfactory. You can also use a Blu-ray ripper to rip the ISO to MP4 or other common formats that your iMac supports.

As for DVD ISO movies, you can use the Apple DVD player to playback. But Apple inc still make their computer not support the Blu-rays. So you need other tools to help you play Blu-ray ISO on Mac. As far as i know, the Macgo Blu-ray player allows the Mac player to play Blu-ray ISO on Mac direclty. What's more, the latest VLC can also support the Blu-ray ISO playback, but only the non-commercial ones.

It depends on the game because the way the data written on CD and that got on ISO differs and also due to some privacy concerns and to avoid piracy not all the games will work with iSO Example: I am able to play James Bond Nightfire through iSO but not able to play Hitman & Call of Duty through iSO.
You can not edit games on a xbox 360 with a ISO file format. Even if you did edit the ISO file, you will need to mod your xbox to play a ISO file.
