Well, if it is here's how to , you could do this for halloween or a fancy dress party

You need:
Brow liner
Blue eye-shadow (light)
Liquid Eye Liner
Mascara
False lashes
brown blush (blush bronzer)
foundation
Conceler
foundation brush
Eye shadow brush
blush brush
Lip liner
here is how:
Apply the foundation as you normally would and that is the same for the conceler
Next apply the bronzer blush with your blush brush working up to your temples
Apply the shadow over your lid and bone
Now do your brows how you would normally do them
ok so next draw a small thin the on the top lash line with your liquid eye line and wing it out.
Let that dry (5-10 secs)
next apply the fake lashes and blend them in with Mascara
Make sure you also put the mascara on the bottom lashes
next draw on your lip liner
