How do you make MySpace profile private?

Well, that depends - if you're using profile 1.0 then follow these steps: 1.) Use the drop-down navigation bar to click "edit profile."

2.) Click "Acount settings."

3.) Click "Privacy."

4.) Under General Privacy, look under 'Profile viewable by:', and click either "Everyone under 18" or "My friends only."

Now, for profile 2.0, there is not one button to make your entire page private.

You've got to go to -

1.) Customize profile.

2.) Click the little lock icon, and choose whichever setting applies to your desires.

You can allow only friends, those under 18, or people that aren't your friends to view whatever you want them to and whatever you don't want them to.

It's much cooler and safer (privacy wise) than 1.0.
