How do you make a 12year old have bigger breasts Im 12 and my breasts r tiny like 30aa and i want bigger its not a family thing cause they all had massive breasts when they were 12 so please help?

NO, sorry to say but believe me no. You can however get bra's for that size if u want (padded ones to make them look bigger) I know it's depressing seeing your friends in b-c cups (I'm the same size and 13!!!)but you'll grow don't worry!
