around 32mph as all unrestricted 50cc road scooters go then wen ur experienced they can go up to 65mph ie derestrict them put a new exhaust on and a 70cc kit then it will go a pleasurable speed ive got the piaggio nrg power it goes 55+ full tuned piaggio nrg's can hit around 95 mph but it takes alot of work and money

Put the muffler back on and change the rear sprocket to a smaller one, also get thinner and larger size sports rim for both wheels.
