You will need a Male and a Female sim and a double bed!!
First make both of your sims relax on the bed by clicking on then bed and clicking on relax. Then click on the sim who isn't selected and click on hug then repeat that but click on kiss then again and click on make out and finally again and click on try for a baby. After about 3-4sim days the female will give birth to a baby!!
