It will be a lot easier to be a member penguin to dress like a baby because you can buy more clothes but it's still possible to be a baby penguin without being a member.

So if you want to be a girl baby, wear the blonde pigtails wig. Now wear something that a baby would wear. Maybe like warm stuff. You could also do a teddy bear.

For boy babies, you can wear a wig if you want or a hat. Then, wear something a baby would wear. Use a teddy bear so it will look more like a baby.

Now if you want a pin and backround, you can do one. Choose something that't cute. :)
