That is easier said than done - there is a great deal of backend work needed to support a proper blogging application/site. A blog is not static, so therefore, flat HTML is not the solution in, and of itself.
HTML can provide the structure for the presentation layer, but most blogging apps would include, as a separate language (for instance PHP), an underlying layer to facilitate fetching blog entries as data from a database, as well stuffing new data (blog entries, comments, etc) into the database upon creation.
Additionally, most blogging apps including a templating system/engine to control presentation and facilitate theming.
Finally, there can be a great deal of logic dynamically applied around trackbacking, moderation, etc.
There are countless blogging apps which are well suited for exactly the purpose of blogging. Many are open source and supported by active communities of developers - consider adopting one and becoming a contributing member, or at least using one as a framework to understand the underlying complexities.

If the blog editor allows HTML you can use the HTML tag. But most blog editors have a tool to insert images. Save the pictures on your computer and then upload them to photobucket.com. (Photobucket gives you easy instructions on how to do that.) After you upload the photos, Photobucket will give you codes for the photos. Copy ("ctrl" + "c") the HTML code, and then paste ("ctrl" + "v") it to your MySpace blog. Make sure it appears in this format: Put the picture's code where the blank is.
you can go to Google gadget for webpages and choose one and add a page element - html/java code - copy and paste or you can make your own.
Many gaming sites include a "Share This" or "Embed Code" which you can usually paste into your HTML section of your blog.

Go to the website in Related Links, and copy one of the codes. Then go to your blog, click on 'Edit Theme'. Then click on 'Edit HTML'. Paste the code right before the '</head>' part of your HTML.
