What is the best style for below the shoulder brown hair?

Bump it up, (add your bangs into the bump, don't let them hang down, it's a little messy looking) Straighten your hair out, and hair spray it. If you want to mix it up a little, straighten it, then add a few tiny spirals. Its way cute.(:

What is a sac from which hair grows?

The root is part of hair embedded in the follicle in dermis. It has an attached smooth muscle which can contract causing the hair to stand up right. This causes the skin to form a slight bump which we call a 'goose bump'.

Form when your muscle cells contract raising the hair on your arms help insulate the skin and feel warmer?

Actually the tiny muscles are attached to the hairs, called erector pili, contract to make your hair stand up. This also forms a "bump" at the base of the hair called a "goose bump". In humans this doesn't really work to keep us warmer because we have much less hair.

How do you do scene hair with a bump it?

First you need to put your clip in extensions in for that extra scene look ( If you are using clip in extensions make sure you position them no higher than the tip of your ear) or if you have naturally long hair make sure the underneath is teased. Once you've done this you need to section your hair by running your hands from the front of your ears and clipping up the top layer. Now you need to back comb the bottom layer which has not been clipped by using a bobby tail comb. Once the roots and layers (if you have any) have been teased spray a mist of hairspray. Now do the same with the section you clipped up at the beginning focusing mainly on the back of your head. If the teasing makes your hair knotted then use your hands to gently part the knots away. You should have big volume hair by now, if not then tease some more. To place the bump it in you need to clip the first section of hair back up again and slide the bump it in underneath this hair until it feels secure ( think of the bump it as a comb but push down at the same time) Take the clip out of your hair and you should have thick scene hair, all that's left to do now is use some hairspray and make sure the hair has totally covered the bump it, if it hasn't back comb some more or take the bump it out and put it back in until it is covered completely. Hope this helps
