Shut down the computer
That depends on a lot of things. Flash looks a lot nicer, has more possibilities, but can also drastically slow down your site. HTML and CSS can look nice too, with experience, and is faster too. But it doesn't have as many possibilities as Flash.

Utime is the amount of time that it takes a computer to start up after normal shut down. When the computer is turned on is the start of utime. The end of utime is the moment that the computer is ready to be used.
Using a cheat engine itself does not necessarily slow down a computer. However, running a cheat engine alongside a game or program may consume additional system resources, potentially leading to decreased performance or slower processing speeds. It is important to consider the specifications and capabilities of your computer when running any additional software.
Right click on the flash drive from my computer, and go down and select format drive.
Yes, it can slow you computer or other device down. Web pages will take longer to load with Adobe Flash. If you have a computer you definitely want Adobe Flash. A computer CPU can handle Adobe Flash smoothly. But for phones and tablets I recommend you don't have Adobe Flash.
RAM is volatile, which means when you shut your computer off any data that is in RAM will be erased. For instance start typing a letter in word and shut your computer down after typing 2 sentences and do not save it. When you bring it back up the letter will no longer be there because it was not saved to the hard drive, it was in RAM. A flash drive is non-volatile, which means the data stays in the flash drive even if there is not power to it. It's just like a hard drive.
It will not slow down your computer, but the process of writing the file to your drive is slower because it is normally slower to write straight to your hard disk than to your flash drive. So it may take longer to download the file.
To attach a picture (or any other file) from your flash drive to an email open up the email that you want to attach it to then open the file attachment window. Go to the my computer folder and open up the flash drive. Find the file that you want to attach and then attach it like you normally would. You may prefer to copy the file from the flash drive to the desktop and then attach it to the email from there.
Yes, you would just need to insert the flash drive into the computer, and then go into iTunes. Click file, import file, and then browse for the flash drive and click on the files you want to import.

When you choose the installation partition to install on, choose your flash drive then on startup, hold the option key down, it should show you your flash drive partition to boot up with.
after you copy the thumb drive onto the computer, you take the thumb drive and flush it. right after that, you hear someone say, "where is that thumb drive?" you flushed it just in time!
No, you can not use a flash drive in place of RAM. Even if you could, it would not be a good alternative to RAM. Flash drives have a much slower data transfer rate, and a longer access time. Even if this were possible, it would drastically slow your computer down. Windows Vista does have the capability to use a flash drive to improve the computer's performance - it is a feature called ReadyBoost. ReadyBoost allows a flash drive to be an intermediary between the RAM and Virtual Memory. Virtual Memory is stored on your hard drive - it is used to swap items stored in RAM that are not being used to speed up the memory access time for things that are being used. Since Flash Drives are usually faster than hard drives, if you have a small amount of memory on your PC, it can speed it up.
Smith And Tinker inserted a virus that wrecks your computer, so it was shut down by the FBI due to illegal virus insertion.
The pics will remain on the computer if they were copied, rather than moved, onto a Flash drive. To move files, as opposed to copying, on a Mac hold down the Command key (cmd) and click and drag a file's icon. Or just delete unwanted files after they have been copied.
