Because in Computer's they have many type of keyboard. And it has the name "BASIC" because B is for bandic, A is for applan, S is for sonnd and IC is i covering... Thanks for reading!!
I think you mean how do you work visual basic. Anyways, it is a programming language developed by Microsoft using a type of basic language. I would go to a site that will teach you vb (visual basic)
basic is a general purpose, high level programming language. and the same is with the visual basic. but the main difference is that, the earlier basic was the dos version language. whereas the visual basic programming language is the language which is not DOS based. but the simplicity in the language remains the same as in basic.
The C language provides many basic types. Most of them are formed from one of the four basic arithmetic type specifies in C (char, int, float and double), and optional specifies (signed, unsigned, short, long). Functions in computer programming and spreadsheets are very similar to those in math.
I have only a vague understanding of your question, but I'll take it as "why computers can understand language". :P.- they don't-they only seem to cause it was written in their program.if it meant "what language computers understand",-programming language.-go search up wikipedia on this one.
It differs slightly depending on what platform your computer uses or what language you are using. for the Java programming language, which is platform independent, it is 64-bits.

It depends on the type of operating system your computer has.For a Windows Vista computer (also works for Windows 7), you go to Start, then Control Panel, then Clock, Language, and Region, then Regional and Language Options.Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.Under Display Language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.Note: If you don't see a list under Display Language, you may have to install additional language files first.
It truly depends on what type of data you are looking for. A basic device such as a USB drive or a CD can move songs, files, and other basic items from computer to computer. Other forms, such as email, can be used to make this task easier and mostly for free.

Machine language refers to pure code (object code) in basic machine format (zeros and ones). Assembler is one step above this type of code and requires compilation before it is of any use to the computer.
In order to change the language on a computer, you will need to go to the control panel and language settings. Then you will go to the language bar, and choose the language you want to type with.

It actually depends on the programming language. For example, in Microsoft Visual Basic, you get an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) with a GUI so you just have to design the application and type the code in the in-built code editor. In programming languages like Oracle JAVA, you have to install a Software Development Kit (SDK) and type the programming language. However, for all the 'only code-based' programming languages, you just have to use a basic text editor like Notepad on Windows, or TextEdit on Mac. Notepad++ is also a very powerful editor that can be used with Windows; it supports multiple programming languages.
You just do. Lol. xD. >--]-O.

Basic was one of the very first programming languages used in DOS. It is not object oriented and is obsolete. If you want to learn to programe start with Visual Basic no BASIC.
It was called a difference engine. It was a basic mechanical model for what would become the programmable computer.
