Every year for halloween, I go as a dead school girl. I find it so fun to make! This is my technique~
Basically, I start with the top. Preferrably a white Button-Up Shirt with a Peter Pan collar, you rip it, cut it, crease it, and splatter fake blood on it. And then you should get a Pleated Skirt and Tights(either get plain or patterned tights)and cut holes in these. Get a couple of grey Woolen Socks and wear them them over the tights, ripped and bloody too. Get a striped school tie. Next, boots, pumps or dolly shoes will work(usually black). If its cold, you can get a cardigan or a 'V' neck jumper so it still gives the "school girl" effect.
For your hair, if it's long enogh you can put it in pig-tails and tie with red or black Ribbons. Try to make your hair messy and back comb it. For make up, I put black mascara on first, then run water over my face so it runs. Put another coat on, followed by black, grey and white eye shadow.
To finish the look, put some fake blood on your face. You could put some under your nose to make it look like you have a bloody nose. Get some geeky glasses and crack one of the lenses.
You will look amazing! Have fun with your dead school girl look~

To make your saloon girl costume sexy using a guarder will do it. Also adding a hand held fan will give it sexiness yet seductive touch.
The best costume for a girl is a witch costume because you just need a black cloth, monster make-up, some blower of the hair! and wallah! DONE!

There does not appear to be any costume companies that make a costume that represents a beheaded or dead Marie Antoinette. There are multiple websites availble with directions on making your own. These include http://www.instructables.com/id/Beheaded-Marie-Antoinette-Halloween-Costume/, http://www.legendaryhalloween.com/undead-and-beheaded-marie-antoinette-costume.html and http://makeprojects.com/Project/Headless-Marie-Antoinette-Costume/209/1.
The type of costume you chose for your little girl depends on her personality. If she is a girly-girl then it is usually safe to go with sparkly or girly costumes. Princesses, dancers, fairies and things like this are nice. You can change things up to make them unique. If she is more of a tomboy then sports players and monsters are cool. You can even use book characters or take any normal costume, add some fake cuts and bruises, and make her a dead-princess or dead-cheerleader. Just be creative and try to fit it to her personality as well.
A black dress is perfect for a witch's costume, but depending on the type of dress, it could be used for a "dead" beauty queen, vampire or other characters.
To make a Mary costume, you will need a long blue robe, a white headscarf or veil, and a rope belt. For Joseph, you will need a long brown robe, a headscarf, and a rope belt. You can use basic sewing skills or find similar clothing items to create these costumes.
Prarie girl, wedding host, or you could wear that under an IPOD costume.
