In Halo 4 I've found that the gametype "Flood" gives a pretty good amount of credits (Somewhere around 2k) per game. I believe the "Grifball" gametype gives 3k.
You have to download the modded custom gametype known as carbine. Due to it being modded, this is the only available substitute.
Just use king of the hill and set the hills as the checkpoint then make it so it won't dissappear after a player grabs it but until, all do.
Halo 3 grifball is a popular gametype in Halo 3 online multiplayer which resembles football, but with gravity hammers and swords! Grifball is only available as a Double EXP Weekend playlist and is featured about once every month. Grifball has become so popular that people have formed teams and play in tournaments. So get out there and play Grifball!
You have to download multiple things to swap the models of players, ora new gametype.
