My mom always says kill them with kindness!!! When they say something rude to you just ignore it and smile back. I'VE TRIED IT, AND IT WORKS!!!!!!!! No matter what they do just do something nice back and it will drive them CRAZY at first but then they have no reason to be rude to you.
