How do you make a novel on sims 2?

if u want to write a novel, u click the compuer and it should say "Write Novel" then when ur done itll say somethin bout it bein done in the left hand cornor then u could probably click the puter 'gain and itll probably say "Sell Novel" if im wrong srry but im probably not cause I'm an expert @ this game so u can try

1. Select your sims personal mobile (pm)
2. There should be an action that says 'real estate'
3. Phone real estate
4. In the top corner, it says 'sell'
5. Select your house
6. Wait for someone to buy it
